swallow This spacious and private house that is located in Starrs Point, NS. Just minutes from Wolfville this house is situated on a small organic farm. Swallows Nest offers a fire place, sauna and two person jacuzzi. Offering plenty of relaxing activities and a spacious gathering place.

swallow2 The property has two large ponds, a walking trail, a fire pit and is on an active organic farm servicing a CSA membership. The region attracts many cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts for the view and very little traffic.

Swallow's Nest Includes:

Multi-age, multi-interest library
Dry sauna
Two person jacuzzi
Two toilets, one shower, one tub (in addition to the jacuzzi)
Fully equipped kitchen
iPod docking station
Sleeps up to 11 people: one crib, one twin beds, one double bed, two queen beds, one king bed and one pull out.

Taproot Farms
Located in a beautiful pastural setting. An ideal place to relax and renew, affording time to do very little. Many optional activities are available:
- Harvesting fresh eggs, vegetables and fruits (Seasonal)
- Participating in field activities throughout the day (Seasonal)
- Outdoor trail walks, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing
- Fire pit
Foxhill Cheese house and its gelato counter are located within a three minute walk from Taproot
Beaches and the town of Wolfville can be reached with a ten minute drive

Rates

Weekly Rates: Base rate of $1250.00 per week. Group greater than 6 people: $1500.00 per week.
Weekend Rate (minimum of a two night stay): Base Rate of $200.00 per night includes use of up to two beds. Additional beds $50/bed.
Daily Rate (Meetings/Seminars/Workshops):: $75.00 This includes basic space rental, it does not include the use of beds, showers, sauna, etc.
